Brea Phillips co-owns Ridge to River Solutions, bringing over a decade of experience streamlining processes for Fortune 500 companies to the world of property management. It was while working part-time as a property manager that she spotted a clear gap in the industry — and set out to close it by building a company rooted in true, hands-on care for both owners and tenants.

For Brea, property management isn’t just about maintaining investments — it’s about integrity, honesty, and giving back to the community she calls home. She believes every client’s investment deserves protection, every tenant deserves a great experience, and every renter deserves the chance to feel like their space is truly home.

Brea lives in Emmett with her husband, William, and their three chihuahua mixes: Evie, Cejas, and Pelu. She moved to Emmett in early 2025, and from the very first view of the valley coming over the hill, she was in love — setting down roots in the very communities Ridge to River now proudly serves.

Shannon Ferraro co-owns Ridge to River Solutions, bringing over two decades of customer service experience and a genuine love for people to everything she does. Where Brea brings the business and logic, Shannon brings the design and the fun — her bubbly personality makes her easy to talk to and an absolute joy to be around, whether she’s chatting with an owner about their property or helping a tenant feel settled into a new home.

Shannon believes great property management is about more than transactions — it’s about relationships, warmth, and making sure people feel genuinely taken care of. That personal touch is what she brings to every interaction at Ridge to River.

Shannon has called Emmett home since 2023, where she lives with her husband, Jeremy, and a full house of animals: her Giant Schnauzer, Dinah; three mini Schnauzers, Luca, Emme, and Jessie; a cat named Minnie; two rats; a bearded dragon; and a full fish tank to round it all out.
