That's why Ridge to River Solutions offers a tiered referral program — the referral bonus per property grows as you refer more owners to us, topping out at $500 per referral once you hit your 16th.

Tiered referral bonuses

Bonuses are paid once the referred owner signs a management agreement and has been with us for 30 days. Only signed referrals count toward your tier.
